PAY-TO-PLAY: Open only to active WatchandWager.com Account Holders, the Wednesday Tournament(s) require an Entry Fee of $25 that will automatically be deducted from the participants WatchandWager.com account at time of confirmed entry. All Entry Fees collected for a specific tournament will make up the Total Prize Money Pool* to be distributed to the Top Three Finishers in that tournament. (see details below).
FREE PLAYERS: Anyone may compete in the Wednesday Tournaments for "fun", however they will not be eligible for the Cash Prize.

The WAW Wednesday Tournament is a weekly online handicapping tournament that entails betting on FOUR KEY RACES on tournament days using a mythical bankroll of $100 on Win/Place/Show wagers for each race.
Wagers may be placed on a single horse, or may be divided among multiple horses in each of the four races.
The largest bankroll wins, with 100% of Tournament Prize Money* distributed to the Top Three Finishers who have paid the Entry Fee.
Pay-To-Play Participants MUST have an active account with WatchandWager.com and use their WatchandWager.com Account ID as their Username.
There is no cost or initial deposit required to open a WatchandWager.com account and receive an Account ID.

- 1st Place: 60% of Total Prize Money
- 2nd Place: 30% of Total Prize Money
- 3rd Place: 10% of Total Prize Money

How To Open A WatchandWager.com Account:
- Click Here or visit www.watchandwager.com, and then click on JOIN NOW! and complete Registration Form.
- You will receive an introductory email from AmericaTAB with your WatchandWager.com Account ID.
Register Your WatchandWager.com Account ID for Contests:
- After you have your WatchandWager.com Account ID, then visit Online Tournaments and click on Free Registration and set up a new account using your WatchandWager.com Account ID as your USERNAME along with a PASSWORD of your choice.
- If you already have another Let It Ride.com Contest account, you will need to use a different email address.
- Immediately you may LOGIN using the USERNAME and PASSWORD you created to access the WatchandWager.com tournaments.

| Tournament Rules & Scoring

- PAY-TO-PLAY ELIGIBILITY:
Each pay-to-play participant MUST be an Active Account Player with WatchandWager.com. An Active Account Player is one who has an open account and has complied with Oregon Racing Commission rules on opening accounts, including a $50 initial deposit and draft authorization or EZmoney form on file.
- REGISTRATION:
Pay-To-Play participants must use their WatchandWager.com Account ID as their Username in the Tournament(s). There is no cost or initial deposit required to open a WatchandWager.com account and receive and Account ID however participants MUST be an Active Account Player as outlined in ELIGIBILITY to play in this competition. Once a participant has acquired a WatchandWager.com Account, simply click on the Free Registration link on the Let It Ride.com Online Competitions page, remembering to use the Account ID as the Username.

- ENTRY FEE & PRIZE MONEY:
Participating in the WAW Power Pick 4 Tournament requires an ENTRY FEE of $25 USD. All Entry Fees collected for a specific tournament will make up the Total Prize Money Pool* to be distributed to the Top Three Finishers in that tournament. 100% percent of the Entry Fees will be paid out to contestants.
Any WatchandWager.com may participate but ONLY PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE PAID THE ENTRY FEE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE MONEY DISTRIBUTION!
One entry per account, and ENTRIES CLOSE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE POST TIME OF THE FIRST TOURNAMENT RACE.
Tournament Prize Money (Eligible Participants Only):
- 1st Place: 60% of Total Prize Money
- 2nd Place: 30% of Total Prize Money
- 3rd Place: 10% of Total Prize Money
(*NOTE: Prize Money Distribution will be made as a deposit into participants active wagering account with WatchandWager.com as outlined in the rules in PRIZE REMDEMPTION.)
- MYTHICAL BANKROLL: Each participants will receive a mythical bankroll of $100 per race to place Win, Place and/or Show wagers on any horse in a contest race. Participants may divide the bankroll among multiple horses in any amounts totalling no more than $100.
- CLOSING OF RACES: All submissions must be received at no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled post time of the applicable race.
- POINT CALCULATION: All dollars wagered from participants' mythical bankroll are deducted and shown as a negative amount (if applicable), and then earned back based on the amount of each winning or losing mythical wager as determined by the Win, Place and Show prices posted by the host track.
(EXAMPLE: If participant placed a mythical $100.00 Win wager on a horse, it will be shown as a -100.00 total. If that horse wins and pays $5.60, the participant will have earned 280.00 points, netting 180.00 points. If the participant's horse loses, the balance will remain at -100.00 points.)
The combined total from all four races in the specific tournament will determine the final order of finish.
- COUPLED HORSES: Horses that are coupled as an entry are counted the same as they appear in the official program. Should one horse scratch, the wager still counts on that entry as long as one horse still runs.
- SCRATCHES: If one of the participants selected horses scratches from the race, the point deduction will be refunded.
- FINAL ODDS/PAYOFFS: The final odds and payoffs for Win, Place, and Show are determined by the official prices.
- *PRIZE REDEMPTION: All prize money awarded by WatchandWager.com is deposited into a valid WatchandWager.com wagering account. The following WatchandWager.com requirements apply:
- Only active accounts in good standing will be eligible for earning prize money.
- Only one entry per household per race. Any multiple accounts or the establishment of false accounts with WatchandWager.com in order to acquire multiple Account ID's will result in immediate disqualification at the discretion of WatchandWager.com.
- Prizes may not be transferred sold or bartered.
- Decision(s) of WatchandWager.com as to prize redemptions are final.
- RELEASE: Let It Ride.com and/or WatchandWager.comreserve the right to modify or add any rules so as to maintain the integrity of the competition. Each contestant participates at their own risk and agrees that all decisions made by Let It Ride.com with regard any competition are final, and each contestant agrees that LET IT RIDE.COM AND WATCHANDWAGER.COM WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, AND HOLDS LET IT RIDE.COM HARMLESS FROM ANY AND LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS AND ANY LET IT RIDE.COM AND/OR WATCHANDWAGER.COM COMPETITION.
Participants agree that the total liability to WatchandWager.com and/or Let It Ride.com is the amount of any ENTRY FEE paid for a tournament.
